CRM Cloud Computing: Sales Teams Close More Deals with Optify
The online marketing software and services provider for the real time Web is set to demonstrate the capabilities of its simple-to-use yet powerful offering at the Dreamforce Conference in San Francisco, August 31 - September 2.
Designed to leverage the unique data captured and tracked by Optify, its new offering helps sales teams get the insight necessary to prioritize and manage leads and close more deals.
Sales teams can look towards a brighter future as they can leverage Optify's seamless integration with Salesforce to gain real time information on leads and visitors.
The Optify AppExchange application for Salesforce gives useful insight to sales team about leads and anonymous visitors. This insight is based on the pages visited by people or the most promising opportunities created by marketing efforts.
These leads, says Optify, are prioritized based on visitor characteristics and user behavior.
"Optify's Salesforce AppExchange helped us build a powerful capability to process, prioritize and nurture leads," said Nate Odell, director of Marketing at Skytap. "Optify's simple AppExchange integration set-up was easy and within minutes, we were up and running. We immediately had greater visibility into the behavior of our visitors and our leads and we knew what solutions they were interested in and what was most important to them. This has proven valuable to converting leads to customers, and in a noteworthy case, led to us landing a large client within three weeks of implementation."
